February Makeup Looks

 Hey Y'all!

I feel like I did a pretty good job at  the amount of days I wore makeup, however they're all pretty basic looks, save one or two:

February!

1) Scan Day.

2)

3) By far my favorite look this past month. (Also the day I actually spent a decent amount of time on my look.)

4) My least favorite look.

5)

6)

7)

8)

I really did well at the beginning of the month, and okay at the end, but throughout the middle? Not so much. It's a work in progress. So far for March I think I've got 3. It is something I enjoy, so I need to make it a part of my daily routine!

Which  do you do first, eyes or face? Sound off below!

(I tend to do face primer, foundation, (if  I'm wearing it) then powder, eyes next, then the rest of my face (bronze, blush, highlight), lips I always do last, then setting spray!

Have a great day,

New Items for Facebook, Etsy, and the new goimagine!

 Hey Y'all!

I'm not adding anything to Smoky Mountains Handmade Creations this go 'round, my shelves are pretty full there.

I have added a new online shop: https://goimagine.com/craftinwifescreations/ I really love their platform, 100% charity, and US based. Check them out here

What's New?

Mailbox Decals, made to fit your mailbox, customizable.

Can make for flat (attached to house) mailboxes as well.

Six designs to choose from here, but can always custom make something as well.

Starting at $20 USD

This month's shirts have a bit of a camping theme:

$18- $21 USD Unisex Adult S-4X, other sizes available upon request.

Happy Glamper!

Camp Life.

Eat. Sleep. Camp. Repeat.

This is how we roll!

The last shirt:
Radiate Positivity!
$21 USD Adult S-4X, other sizes available upon request.
Keep in mind due to the many aspects of the rainbow vinyl, and a handcrafted item each one would look a bit different if you chose that design.

February Mini Review & March Every Day Makeup Shelf

 Hey Yall!

Here's March's shelf~

We'll get to it in a minute, but first a reminder of what I was working with in February~

http://craftinwifescreations.blogspot.com/2022/01/january-mini-review-february-everyday.html

I did finally get to test out the Naked Reloaded palette a few times, and I agree with my sisters assessment. It's ok, but nothing wow about it. Easily forgettable, and not great enough quality to justify the price. It will most likely end up decluttered in the next round. Everything else I've either mentioned before, &/or have a positive opinion on. Let me know in the comments below if you'd like my opinion on any item(s).

On to this month's products!

The Dose of Colors nudes, and a few glosses.. I really want to use the Anastasia Lip Kit more.
My lips have been dry and cracked in early February, so the Vaseline was a necessity. I think the weather is starting to change here in TN so, time to start going back to the heavier sunscreen products.

I've yet to use any of these palettes yet, so I'm excited to see what looks I can come up with this month.

I have used the Stila liquid eyeshadow a few times, and I love it! I was a bit worried it would end up all over the place, but it dries pretty quickly, and stays in place.

Do you have any of these? What's your favorite? What didn't work for you? Let me know in the comments below!

Have a great day,

What I'm Working On (Crafty)

 Hey Y'all!

Here's what I've been working on this past month:

I've been posting 3-4 times a week on TikTok (@craftinwife), and I share them on YouTube shorts as well.

Everything on TikTok is crafting related, an brand specific. The YouTube channel is a mix of both craft & makeup, similar to this blog.

I've also started a marketing class, specifically Digital Marketing, and that's going well. Me being me decided one course wasn't enough, and I decided to add an inkscape course as well.

I shared the mockups in the February Shop blog post, but here are all the items I added to Smoky Mountains Hand Made Creations:

Color Changing Cups! I took these pictures on top of a cold surface, and as you can see they're all starting to change color.

Peeps!

Have Faith Plus Size L/S Tees.

Work in Progress on the Chillin' with my Peeps Tees.

My vendor tags.

Store setup this month!

Next I did some "merch" for my nephew & his friend:

These were fun to do, and the boys had a clear idea of what they wanted. I enjoyed working with them.

After that I did some decals, I played around a bit, and added all these to the store:

It took me a few tries to get the Hot Mess Express looking how I wanted, but personally I like it without the center pieces of the letters, I think it looks more of a "hot mess" and lends itself to the design theme.

Currently I'm working on this:
Yes, another Craft Room Clean up/Organize/Declutter is in progress.

Working on this right now for my front door!

I do have a few more special orders I'm working on:

This one is for a local realtor, she wants KY and TN on a canvas with hearts over their hometowns. We're still in the design phase on that, but this is the general idea we've got going.

I have two other orders, one is a basketball shirt, and the design is already squared away, this is a repeat customer and she gives me a lot of creative freedom with style and color choices. Lastly is a custom tee, I'm going to use some of the color changing HTV...the design is country music inspired, but that's all I'm sharing about it for now, so check my Instagram, and TikTok to see when I finish that one, I'm excited for it!

Y'all this craft room is a mess.. I have vinyl everywhere! I'm about an hour in to this and so far I've finally got the printer off the floor, cleaned out the closet, and freed up a bit of desk space but moving the silhouette to the closet. Under the desk is the biggest declutter that's about to happen... so much stuff I'm not using. It needs to go to someone who will use it, and I need the space. I'll post a blog when it's all finished!

What are you currently working on? (It doesn't have to be craft related.) Share in the comments below!
