September Everyday Makeup Shelf

 Hey Ya'll!

Today I'm sharing my monthly update for my everyday makeup shelf. There were a few changes from last month, and a few items got decluttered!

These products got pulled. I didn't reach for the Sleek highlight palette the whole month of August, so I don't need it. That's going to be the rule going forward for items I pull for the everyday shelf. If I don't use it it gets decluttered!

The floss eye shadow single was fine, but I don't really do singles. I did use it twice just to review it for birchbox, and get to know the brand/formula. (As I stated, it's okay , nothing fabulous, but not bad.)

The drawer overall.

Eye shadows/Palettes. I've pulled a lot of Juvia's Place here, it's a new(er) to me brand. I've loved everything I've tried from them thus far.

I've also pulled a Too Faced palette that was a HSN exclusive, also called Pumpkin Spice, however it's completely different than the current release.

After that I thought I'd need some darker colors in the mix and added the BH Cosmetics SuperNova, and (no longer available) Pride & Prejudice & Zombies palettes. 

Lastly I knew I needed some more nude-ish colors and added the new Revlon WW palette, and Lorac's Santa Monica as well as Venice Beach.

Overall I'm happy with the variety I've put up here for this month. What would you keep, or do without here? 

Lipsticks! So many great ones,some new, and some that need revisited. Lot's of different brands, some I'm trying for the first time. If you have any questions about a product, ask below in the comments, and I'll get back to you ASAP. There are around 40 pulled here I added a few new ones, but kept the same from last month. I've made a promise to myself if I don't use it at least once by the end of October I don't need it. I don't do makeup everyday so I think that's a reasonable goal. I should probably pull out some I've already worn and like. What would you do?

Mascara, eyeliner & brows! I've already decided I'm not a huge fan of the Benefit Gimme Brow, it's not bad, just a little to stiff for my liking. I'll use it until I can get some clear brow gel. I'm just excited to finally be using mascara again!

From above, continuing in this picture: Blushes, Highlights, and Bronzers, as well as lip balms & face products. A few got put away, and a few different ones were added. There's a decent amount here, so the rule from before applies, if it doesn't get used this month it gets decluttered.
