Hey Y'all!
NE Tennessee has decided to be hotter than the gates of hell this week and you sweat just sitting still. So, no Makeup Brush clean out is happening since there's no air in our bathroom. The house is struggling to keep up as it is. Really it's not keeping up, it's staying around 85 in here. That's a lot cooler than the 100+ outside though. So yeah, I got that haircut at just the right time!
Reminder of what I was thinking:
The stylist was super nice, and it seemed like we both had some good communication skills working in my favor too. I showed her what I was thinking. (Like 4 but a bit shorter on the sides and back, similar to 8.) She asked some clarifying questions, asked if I'd ever had my hair short before, etc. Everything seemed great...
I don't know where the miscommunication happened. I've grown to like this as well, and it's perfect for this extreme heat, however it's way shorter than expected. Shorter than either photo I showed. The cut is well done though, and the atmosphere in the salon was great, all the stylist were very friendly & experienced. So I would go back, I would just clarify not as short as this (current) time.

It's incredibly easy to do, just comb (or not) and go. It's much cooler than the not quite long enough to all go in a ponytail mess I was working with. I plan to dye it pink after our camping trip this weekend.
