Clean With Me: Look at This Mess, Packing & Decluttering All Our Possessions

 Hey Y'all!

This process is a lot of work, and a ton of ebb and flow. It'll look better, then worse so many times over the course of getting it done. I'd say we're about 40% there if I'm being optimistic, I'd like to be further but we have a lot of crap. Also, taking time out to take pics to post items for sale doesn't seem like it takes up much time but it does. So much time...

We decided to use totes, since what we are keeping will be in a storage unit long term. To us it just seemed like the plastic bins were easier to stack, somewhat weather resistant, and less likely to be gotten into by bugs vs cardboard boxes.

It's last week Craft Room and Living Room, and today's progress.

We have already gone through all our Spring and Summer clothes, as well as decided which blankets, sheets, etc we're keeping. We plan to leave all appliances with the house, and are selling most furniture. We'll keep our bed frame, dressers, kitchen table set, and my desk.  I'm pretty sure we'll need one of the bigger storage units they have locally.

I'm ready to be done with the mess and start travelling.

July Makeup Looks... Haircut Reveal!

 Hey Y'all!

Just FYI it was extremely hot here most all of July, and some of which we were traveling, so there aren't many "looks" for July. There is the HAIRCUT reveal, however. 

It's not exactly what I asked for, my hair is different, but the top is shorter than what I showed her, however it's close & still cute, and much cooler.

Asked For:

5) Last full day in IN.

6) Much hotter at home.

8) I could only tell this was different from 7 by the hair, lol.

I'm sure there were days I forgot, just like I know I've forgotten some for August since I have one day in my camera roll and it's the 9th...

How To: Calibrate Cricut for Print Then Cut

 Hey Y'all!

Let's get right into it and start the process of calibrating our Cricut for Print then Cut!

First open up Design Space, then click on the hamburger menu (the 3 lines in the top left). From there choose Calibration:

Select your printer.

Prep your printed sheet on your mat.

Load the mat!

The machine will then start the process...

The answer here for me was No...

The machine then started the next step in the process:

 After continuing the machine prompted we do the process again.

Start from the beginning and repeat all the steps...

This time the answer was yes, but we still proceed with step 2 via the prompts on screen.

This is about one of the closest I've ever got!

Next step:

It isn't perfect, but it's closer than it was previously...

All done!

If yours is still off farther than you'd like you can repeat the process again.

I've never had it be perfect, and there is a know issue with print then cut being a bit off no matter the amount of times in a row you calibrate. Hopefully one day Cricut fixes the issues.

What's in my Camera Roll?

 Hey Y'all!

Unfortunately I forgot this upcoming blog was happening, and I tend to delete my photos as soon as I post them. Especially if they're post specific- like the current state of the Living Room photos I've been sharing on Outland Adventures Facebook page...
