Clean with Me: Craft Room/Tour My Craft Room

 Hey Y'all!

It was past time for another Clean My Craft Room blog. Not much changed as far as layout, and the tour was filmed before cleaning up, most things really just needed put away. I plan to do another Craft Room Declutter late Spring.

Last Craft Room Tour Blog Series (2020)-

It looks like a lot, but most of these are very short.

The Tour:

In this video I give a complete run down of the thrifted storage solutions, my craft supplies, and the layout of the room.

Before Pic:

During:

Things really just needed picked up, put away, and/or organized.

I had to move the 6x6 paper (as I do every Winter) out from the shelf above the heating vent in this room, which is next to the desk/under the window.  It got temporarily located to the gray table, then to a more permanent spot, with the 12x12's on the closet floor.

The Christmas items got put away with the rest of that décor.

The markers finally got moved back, after doing Hubby's Adventurers sign. I had to move them, so I could turn the Cricut and use the 12x24 mats.

Getting the vinyl scraps together, to put in the drawer.

Closet & Rolling shelf.. progress!

Taking out the tumblers, to make this drawer additional HTV storage.

Hung this in the hallway on the wall between bathroom & craft room, we'll see if I like it there. Hanging there before was one of those multi frames with outdated family photos in it.

Getting there!

After:
Everything is put away, and I know what's where.

Goals for this year are-
1) Start using what I have, shop less for new. (Seriously, I could probably stock a 16ft section with vinyl alone, and easily a 4ft section each of paper, stamps, the list goes on...)
2) Create at least 2x a week.
3) Maintain an organized craft room by putting away materials as that part of the projects is finished.
4) Declutter books shelves, Donate.
5) Come up with a better plan for scraps of vinyl. (I hate to throw them away, but I currently have WAY TOO MANY scraps. They take over 2 drawers, a file folder x2, and a basket. I do search them first when crafting, but there are still too many.)
6) Set aside the time to call Cricut and finish linking cartridges.

I think my next project is going to be trying out scrunchies!
(That's why some of the fabrics are in top bin here, the rest went in the first unused drawer in the colorful unit by the window.)

These pastel DT vinyl's are so pretty, I need to come up with another project with them.
Dollar Tree Vinyl Blogs:

The bookshelves are a project for future me to deal with.
