New Years Goals

 Hey Y'all!

Today I'm going to share a bit of my planning & my goals for the year, month, and this week with you!




Some may call them resolutions, but those never work for me. Goals do!

I gave myself three goals, and a plan of attack, in 3 different categories. One category has 4 goals, for a total of 10 this year!

 That's also going to be the theme of my planning going forward.

(I don't love this planner, but it's leftover from when I was doing a 2 planner system. That didn't work well for me, but this planner still had several months left. I prefer undated and tend to get new planners in Feb when they are all on clearance. This one is from Michael's/Recollections, and it's the small undated fitness planner.)

The three categories for my goal setting this year are:

Health, Personal/Misc, and Business


2023 Goals:

Health: Stay Healthy.

1) 2,500 steps per day!

- Walk outdoors, WATP videos, add in Yoga

2) 5 Servings of fruit/veg per day!

- Buy more fresh, smoothies in the AM, side dish w/ lunch

3) Daily Vitamins & Water!

- Make it a habit to take first thing in AM.


These are subject to change a bit in day to day life, but I accomplish far more if it's in schedule format. Otherwise I procrastinate the day away doing nothing.


Daily Schedule!

Time Frame Schedule.



Personal/Misc: Stay Happy.

1) Read 2 books per month min!

- Schedule time for it, I have a library of unread books

2) Less screen time! (TV, TikTok)

- Make a daily schedule, plan for it

3) Maintain a clean & organized home!

- Plan! "Room of the day!"

Cleaning Schedule!



Business: Stay Growing.

1) Continue M,W,F Blogs, Tu, Th, Sa TikTok posts!

- Plan ahead, work on blogs earlier than day of, new schedule

2) Post new items to FB & goimagine twice monthly!

- Schedule for those posts: 1st & 15th, following Monday if a Sunday.

3) Put myself "out there" more!

- Social network with other businesses, post consistently, hand out cards, etc

4) Utilize YouTube & other social media more!

- In addition to blog post & TikTok, 1 YT video per month, and 1 additional Instagram post


January Goals:

One from each section!


1) Health: Fix dinner at home 5 x per week!

- Include; fruit or veg, protein

2) Misc: Deep Clean Bathroom!

- Remove everything, scrub down, paint

3) Business: Work on FB & GI shops!

- revamp, new items, remove old. Goal for month- 20 listings


Week of Jan 2nd- 9th Goals:

This week is a fresh start, and I planned it before I decided on most of the schedule. With this being a short (holiday) week, I'll start the new schedule next week.


1) Get to chapter 5 in my current read: The Little Sparrows, Orphan Train Trilogy.

2) Exercise 3 x. Anything goes!

3) Vitamins daily!

4) Remove old listings, post 5 new!

5) Makeup x 4!

6) Post on Posh min 3 listings!

7) CWC related something (post, blog, prep, etc) x 6!

8) Work on M's Shirt!
